How it all started

In 2007, David Baumgartner embarked on a bold journey around the world that changed the way we look at fast food. Inspired by fresh salad bars in New York, vibrant juices from Australia and the laid-back street food vibe of Southeast Asia, he had a clear goal: to create a new standard — food that is healthy, fresh and sustainable.

We started as a small bistro near Munich University. Thanks to passion and dedication, we’ve grown into an internationally recognized brand — a synonym for delicious and responsible eating.
