How it all started
In 2007, David Baumgartner embarked on a daring journey around the world that changed the way we think about fast food. Inspired by fresh salad bars in New York, energizing juices from Australia, and the relaxed atmosphere of Southeast Asian street food, he had a clear goal: to create a new standard—food that is healthy, fresh, and sustainable.
We started as a small bistro near Munich University. Thanks to our passion and determination, we are now an internationally recognized brand, synonymous with delicious and responsible dining.
